Tuition and Policy
Application-Hold Space Fee: Children’s Learning Academy requires a registration fee of $50.00 at the time of application. This fee is non-refundable. In addition to the registration fee, the 1st week’s tuition is required at the time of registration to hold a space for more than one week. The hold space fee is non-refundable. The fee will be credited to the 1st week tuition of the child’s attendance.
Tuition is established by the program in which your child is enrolled. There is no discount or adjustment to the weekly tuition because of holidays, non academic days, family vacation absenteeism or school closings due to inclement weather. Weekly tuition is due at the beginning of the service week or every Monday. Late fee begins Tuesday and will be subject to a late charge of $10.00 per day until paid.

Late Pick-Up Fees: All students are to be picked up by the close of day, 6:30 p.m. Students picked up after 6:30 p.m. will be charged a late pick-up fee of $1.00 per minute for every minute after 6:30 p.m. (due upon arrival).
Family Discount: Families with 2 or more children enrolled in Children’s Learning Academy will receive a 10% discount for the child with the lowest tuition.
Withdrawals: It is required that parents give Children’s Learning Academy two weeks’ notice in writing before withdrawing their child. Parents are responsible for tuition for two weeks from the date the written notice is received.
Registration Information: Parents, please complete all of the forms below. All forms must be submitted to Children’s Learning Academy before your child’s enrollment date. Forms can be download and submitted by e-mail, fax or in person.
